Not a full digital customer but being charged

Update by user Jun 17, 2021 Very poor inaccessible customer service. Original review posted by user Jun 17, 2021 Eric said that I was still down as a subscriber, as I told him that I had to discontinue the service. I thought I had had done this several months ago, but I will still be charged up to June 2021 . Please send me a physical proof to that status to my mailing address on record. Thank you Joyce Oxfeld
