Is it customary for your agents to hang up on customers! This is the second product I've bought and had to return and nobody fixes them! And then I get hung up on because he don't like me questioning the warranty process! This is unreal and I won't be buying again User's recommendation: Don't buy craftsman! Nothing lasts over a year on any gas or 2 cycle.
