We have a Craftsman zero turn mower that was bought new at sears in 2018, when it was purchased it have a 5 year extended warranty we purchased with it, every year we have had nothing but trouble out of it and had to have sears come out and they would bandage it up, never to fix the issue. So this year sears refuses to come out and fix it, so we have been trying to reach out to the company and see if they can fix it under the warranty not bandage it up User's recommendation: Stay away from anything craftsman.
