Jesus in San Diego, CA delivered us a wrecked BMW convertible with a broken (non-functional) 3rd tail light and a license plate that expired a day before we were returning the car. We tried to communicate the issue but he would not correspond in a timely manner and did not give us any sort of concession for the inconvenience. Why would anyone pay full price to rent a wrecked car and risk getting pulled over by the cops for expired tag and non working break light? It defeated the entire purpose of having a nice car to drive during our vacation. We contacted Turo but they wouldnt do anything about it either. Horrible experience and would not recommend Toro to anyone. User's recommendation: Do not rent from Turo.
