Went to store to get a battery for my dell notebook and they said they would have to order the battery, no problem because they promised they would call by tuesday of the next. Tuesday of the next week comes and no call, so before the store closed I called. they said it had not come in by their delivery truck. So I waited until Friday and then called again. This time the man that answered gave me a flip answer that the delivery truck had not been there and I asked how often the truck made deliveries. The man, who said he was a manager, gave me a run around answerbe delivered. Manager User's recommendation: Beware of the beechmont ave store.
