New banking upgrade

Recently Wesbanco upgraded??? their internet banking. I signed in and changed my password as instructed. This was on 8-3. The next time I logged in I was once again directed to their phone code which was supposed to be a one time thing. This happened 3 times. Then the 4th time the phone rang once and hung up. I've been locked out of my online account since the first week of August. User's recommendation: Don't expect Wesbanco to care about your financial needs.
