Update by user Apr 12, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Update by user Apr 12, 2021 Spoke to a very nice young lady at GiantFood who was very professional, courteous and accommodating. Immediately credited my account and apologized for the inconvenience. Original review posted by user Apr 12, 2021 Not the first time (but it is the last!) I have been disappointed in Nature's Promise product. Meat was tough and almost inedible. User's recommendation: Stay far away from this company!
