Dishonest practices, inability to terminate service

I signed up for a relatively more expensive plan a few years ago and then realized I was not using it. I called to discontinue 4 months ago only to find out today they were still charging me $7+ a month. For me, it is not a lot of money and I did not notice it for a few months. But their business model is based on getting subscriptions from customers whether they eally use the service. Ooma makes it very difficult to terminate. User's recommendation: Look for other options.
