I ordered a few things for my sons 3rd birthday. I received my order without the main part! Within my order I ordered a bike. Everything els came bar the bike! It says on my tracking it was delivered with my order but it was not! I spend £49.99 to get the present my son wanted and its the thing that didnt come. I am so very disappointed in this. I have always had a great experience with smyths but this is terrible. I want to know where the bike is that I paid for. User's recommendation: To receive my full order.
