Hello- I placed an order online on 5/7 (SMUS #322****). Rec'd an email stating item was shipped on 5/26 along with a tracking #. Here we are THREE WEEKS LATER... the USPS tracking states that they have never rec'd the package from Steve Madden. Emailed customer service and only response was "hour order has shipped. No it hasn't - check your own tracking #. What the hell?I've been on hold for cusotmer service for 35+ minutes. no response.
