I had a stroke have bought 4 umbrella from Walmart now, all will tilt option, all have broke within 3 to 5 days of having the tilt part is so weak and made of plastic that if the slight wind blows it breaks, I have limited income now i have no UMBRELLA I would really appreciate if i c a talk to someone from better homes and garden regarding this issue Walmart won't do anything. User's recommendation: Dont buy you cant get a call or number to speack to better homes and garden.
