A part to a product is missing

I bought a bench from Wal-Mart last year. I went to put it together this Spring and I'm missing a part. The number listed for the company won't go through. I tried emailing them and they haven't answered back. Please help me. Item # BH49-092-0**-** User's recommendation: Check for all pieces soon after purchase. Beware I still haven't been able to contact anyone about this matter. Wal-Mart said "sorry".
