We responded with an interest to purchase an RV. Their staff responded as though the unit was still available when we stated our interest (wish to purchase). Yet we were not given a chance to purchase? It appears that someone else expressed interest in the unit and my prior stated interest was not taken seriously. Obviously, we expected we would be given a chance to settle on the unit first. Do not trust this dealership to treat you the same as a customer in hand when dealing via email. Lazydays, thanks for your valued interest in our sincere effort to trust your dealership to treat us with respect. We had already hooked up the fifth wheel and was ready to drive from north Georgia to Tampa the next day to get an evaluation for trade-in. Don’t trust these people!
