It was suggested that I pay for a background check on care.com as a person seeking work to show that I'm trustworthy and reputable. I paid the fee and then a few days later my account was canceled. There was no explanation even though my report was clean. There is no working phone number for the company and any emails that I've sent have gone completely unanswered. I paid for their premium service and never received a refund even though they canceled my account for no reason. This company is a scam. User's recommendation: Stay away and dont give them your money.
