Care.com closed my account and I did not request that. I need my account re-opened.

I received an email Thursday night saying that per my request they were closing my account. I never requested that Ive written back to them they say give us 48 hours and yet its been four days and I have yet to hear a response back. That is how I find work. You cant even get a live person on the phone. What kind of customer service is that? User's recommendation: Don’t join.
