I had a plan for internet with a Price For Life and they just decided to raise my rates after 10 years. Then they try to tell me there is no PFL marked on my account. The customer service is horrible. Was transferred multiple times and then they finally disconnected the call. User's recommendation: Don't believe the Price for Life Scam.
