Packages cannot be located in the building. Where were they delivered? Instructions were posted by the door, but ignored. Several residents have the same complaints about lost packages from lasership. User's recommendation: Lasership should deliver directly to recipient’s apartment or leave with neighbors, not at the lobby or on top of the mailboxes, it is very incompetent and irresponsible action to leave packages just at doors.
