Paid for food and didn’t get it. Refused refund.

CI placed an order online at the Jimmy Johns on Beckley Road in Battle Creek. When I got home, a 20 minute drive, I was missing a sandwich. I called and they refused to refund my card. They expected me to drive 20 minutes back to town to pick up the sandwich on an order that THEY screwed up. They would not allow me to even pick up the sandwich the next day when I would be back on that side of town. This is comparable to stealing money from me and is unacceptable. User's recommendation: Check your order before you leave the store.
