I've been contacted by Ellis Austin and claim representative David Freeman from the Napa Valley office. They have received several fees from me on the winnings they say I have. Now they want another fee from me for Homeland Security for the use of their security to send my check through the USPS.I have already sent them a fee for the use of their security system why do I need to send more. They said they bring to me because of covid which I understand but why pay twice for the Homeland Services Please let me know what needs to be done.
