Charged for wrong package and will not refund

I signed up for a trial period and then attempted to cancel before it was over. But customer "service" said I signed up for a regular package. Why would I sign up for a regular package if I hadn't even tried it yet and wanted to cancel before the three days was up? The steps to sign up were unclear enough that I thought I was getting the trial package. No customer service. They refuse to help me even though I told them about the site error. User's recommendation: Be prepared for customer service telling you you are wrong.
