all payments made on time they did a soft check and decided to drop my credit $1000 while making all my payments on time.did not ask for any assist while in covid .paying cc down to a third and chase *** me on the other end wtf instead of giving me credit they take away so your utilization is toped off..they are doing this to the american people in a pandemic..you are just like all banks only for 1% you help the rest of the 99% you *** but like rome you will fall too!!!
