I filed all the paperwork said my closing date was Feb 24, 2021. Never heard back from my loan officer. After several emails and phone calls I called the number on their website. was told by account was closed on Feb 22, and they couldn't explain why but said I could resubmit all my paperwork, but the rate has changed and went up. Asked to speak with a manager. Was told one would call me in five minutes 2 hours later no phone call.....
