I was at the store on west Florissant ave about 10:20pm in St. Louis MO. I didnt receive a receipt to provide you with exact information. I ordered a rally burger cheese combo with no tomato or pickles. Instead the burger is loaded with pickles and has a tomato but no ketchup or mustard. The burger was so cold the cheese didnt even melt. My soda was actually warmer than this burger. This is horrible and I feel someone needs to be aware of the brand standards this store is setting. Its really terrible to think that they thought this was acceptable.
