Put the shelter up as per instructions. After 1 year the seams looked stressed and today the fabric has started tearing a few inches off the side of a seam. I can see the sky through the rip. The company said I could buy the same fabric (cost is almost the same as the whole "garage in a box"). In retrospect, it's a piece of junk that I regret ever buying. User's recommendation: Do not buy this, you'll only be disappointed and waste money.
