Cyndi Mueller was our agent and we just moved into our house a month ago. Anytime I have had a concern, including the last one about a leak in our ceiling, she claims to never get a hold of the previous seller. We understand the seller is no longer liable for any issues with the house but any descent human being would feel obligated to fix the issue considering we have only been in the house for a month. Also, considering the commission she made off our purchase of the home, it would seem that is the least she could do considering the house was sold for 400k and all she gave as a house warming gift was a cheap sign. I have bought cheaper houses with nicer gifts and customer service. User's recommendation: Not Cyndi Mueller.
