Booked over the phone with a RC agent for family. Told with discounts that it would be $500/person total cost. We booked, and each of us paid a $250 deposit. I stated to the agent, "So we each have a $250 balance?" She told me that was correct, and she would send an email for the two rooms for four of us. The balance on each room was $1329.92. Total fraud. User's recommendation: Book online and take screenshots for proof before paying anything.
