So this long time international shipper of containers has moved on to other more responsive companies. After waiting, asking, and wasting 6 weeks we found an alternative company willing to perform this basic function. Good luck if your ocean shipping request within Ceva ends up at their Dallas, TX "service" office. Auf wiedersehen! User's recommendation: If you are a small company, consider using a smaller logistics company.
