I sent in my complaint over a week ago and still have not gotten a response this Chick-fil-A has been going downhill for several years now I guess Im going to have to spend the time and drive the other direction 5 miles to the other Chick-fil-A with better service and better food the Chick-fil-A in Carrollwood only wants to pump people through the drive-through and send them on their way with not exactly what everyone wants once again I guess Ill have to move onto another one this one can kiss my *** User's recommendation: -5.
