The photographer was very rude and unprofessional and did not have experience taking pictures of little babies. She took about 10 shots back to back and never attempted to get my 1 year old to smile and never allowed us the opportunity to make her smile. All together the shoot lasted maybe 7 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half for the pictures to be printed I had spent over $100 of terrible pictures and quality. I am a loyal customer of picture people and this is the worst experience ever. I would like to speak with someone User's recommendation: Would not recommend.
