Original review updated by user Apr 12, 2021 Ms. Jacquelyn Heflin at American Homes 4 Rent resolved my overcharge issue. After we conversed back and forth via email and I sent proof and evidence to validate my complaint, she understood and rectified the whole thing! She diligently made an effort to see my points compared them to what I was being charged for and made what was clearly wrong right! I wished it could have happened sooner but better late than never! I am happy! Not only that, but I really appreciate and thank Ms. Heflin for understanding and her hard work in helping me during this time when we all are trying to get back to a normal life. Furthermore, I also thank you Pissed Consumer! User's recommendation: Get the facts on companies before entering into a contract.
