Update by user Apr 20, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I continued to email the company and continued to state my position. They issued a full refund and apologized.. Original review posted by user Apr 15, 2021 I have been trying to cancel my "my diabetes" account before the 14 day period and receive my refund. There is no link on the subscription page to cancel or manage. I have sent emails, a screenshot, and requested a phone number from "Adora.". This is ridiculous! I want my $99 back plus my $19.99 for workouts I can't even get to. Cancel the 5.99 recurring monthly charge. This plan is not possible for older people caring for others 24/7 on a fixed income. User's recommendation: Be Warned! This company is not the real deal! If I could give negative stars I would!
