We we received a element 55 in flat screen TV for Christmas last year 2018 everything's been going good on it and all of a sudden the other night it no longer has a picture and no longer does anything I'm wondering if there's any way that we can get a replacement on it or what we need to do in order to get a replacement thank you very much for your help in advance
