Had a repair company look at it, because customer service said it is 3 months out of warranty, the repair company said the back lights are bad. They could not find back lights for this TV. Can you fix my tv is my question, it is 15 moths old, or did I waste my money buying this? I have tried unplugging it and waiting and whatever else customer service suggested but nothing helped. User's recommendation: Will never buy another Element Product.
