Broken control panel

My control panel is not working properly. I have been reaching out for weeks trying to get a new one shipped out to me. My model number is MB2007**** Bluetooth electric smoker. My order number off of Amazon is 113-116****-421****. My name is, Thomas Rogers {{redacted}} Please get back to me about this issue. I would like a new control panel. Thank you, Thomas
