I was unable to access my points or get my Password reset until this morning. So when I was out to dinner last night, I had to pay full price for our meals! when I was finally able to reset my Password this morning and access my account with over 400 points! It was unbelievable that I could not reach a human being last night and fix the problem with your mobile app. I am very disappointed in your response system and it will be a long time before I return. User's recommendation: Don't join the rewards program.
