Subscription cancelled but still getting charged

I canceled my Tidal subscription at least 3 months ago and Im still getting charged. Plus Im not able to login or check my account. This company has horrible customer service and you can never get in contact with anybody. Its pathetic that this day and age they cant give you a direct number to call and have to deal with these issues thru email.

If you are actual Representative of Tidal you can contact the user using the comment form and help resolve the situation. The user can always mark his complaint as "resolved". Maintain your brand image, it is FREE.
