Lack of service in grooming department

I have made 4 different appointments to get my dog groomed. I arrived today and they told me they didnt have time to groom my dog only give him a bath. I was very clear on the service I needed for my dog. This has been an on going issue. Also when I arrived the tech was on her phone texting instead of helping me. There was no dogs getting groomed so dont understand why they didnt have time for my dog. Ive been a costumer for 5 years and got all my pet food, supplies and grooming for both of my dogs at this location. Really frustrated about the situation and going to take my business to a different pet store. User's recommendation: Go somewhere else.
