What’s causing the outage

We lost power at 7pm on the 29th. Oncor site said it would be back up by 8pm, but it wasnt. After 8 pm, their site just said "undeterminable" for the timeframe. I tried every way possible to reach a human being at Oncor to get some info on what was the reason for the outade and when did they predict it would be back on. I never could reach anyone. Power was out for a full 12 hours with no info from Oncor. on User's recommendation: My recommendation would be for Oncor, not customers. I would reccomend that oncor be more customer friendly and update customers on the causes of power outages and give some better timeframe for repairs.
