Look we all know this bs and I being of a more knowledgeable bout how things work with power grids and other things know this is bs as well ,when you drive or ride or walk for that matter ,you see the ector county coliseum and numerous motels and hotels and business all have power but most people in the basin don't it becomes a problem.,why don't you shut down things like coliseum sand arena and things that really nd power and keep some peopl fr getting sick and freezing to death a little power for more than 45 minutes or a hour at a time ,enough said ,citizen of odessa ,tx
