Question about ceiling fan

Hello, I have (4) Home Decorators Collection Mercer 52 ceiling fans in my home. Although I love the style and function of the fan, my only problem is the light. It does not give off very much light at all. Is there a way I can get it brighter ? Either with the LED option or a different glove option? Thanks, Lena Russell
