Honda Unicorn BS6 kick starter

I bought a Unicorn 160 cc BS6, bike during October 2020. I am very happy with all aspects of the bike except the kick starter. From the day I bought the bike, i have been trying to kick start the bike but it is impossible. The design of the kicker is so very horrible. Please let me know how to resolve this issue. Vehicle registration number is TN09CV8379
