Fault with my Blackview phone not charging properly

Blackview don't have a direct customer line, so you cannot speak to anyone. I've tried emailing them and contacting them through Facebook and messenger so far have had no response at all. My Blackview phone is not charging properly and for a full charge it takes in excess of 24 hours. Definitely would not recommend!! User's recommendation: Get a direct customer service phone line.
