Cancellation of a purchase

We purchased a bag with wheels 15 days ago. TNF told us it would take 3 business days to be delivered to one of your stores for us to pick it up there. Unfortunately it has not arrived yet. We have to leave the country, so we can not wait any longer for it. We called TNF to cancel this purchase, however the lady that received our call 1 hour ago, told us you can not refund our money until you receive the bag back in your warehouse. We do not understand how it can happen that we, not only did not receive the bag we needed to travel, but also now we can not cancel the purchase because of a problem of USPS. That is unbelievable!!! User's recommendation: Do not make a purchase online if you need the product in a short period of time!! Make sure about the cancellation policy!!!
