I desperately needed help with paying my deposit of $250.00. Iam on disability and had spent my money on my homes deposit and first months rent . I receive my check on the 3rd of each month. 3

i asked for help maybe to break down the deposit or work with me in some way. I just moved here from Florida and have full blown aids. So not having heat is extremely detramental to me. So as of the 11th i have no heat nor electricity. It just seems wrong a company who relys on great customer service has reached this point.
