Don't know her name she was very detailed, and quick, went through all the steps to see if coffee maker would work, then, resolved the issue by replacing my 6 Month keurig. I've had keurigs before and wanted this one cause it's space saving I hope I won't have a problem with the next usually, I feel the quality wasn't as good a my last full size keurig.
