Update by user May 12, 2021 It was a manager that called me back after my original complaint saying he was overriding warranty and sending out a new one. But I never received one. Called again today and waiting for a manager to call me back Original review posted by user May 12, 2021 Called after a week of waiting for promise replacement from a manager that we turned my call. Now waiting for a manager to get in touch with me because I never received anything hence my second call today. User's recommendation: Make sure you get names of everybody you speak to and record that with the dates.
