Wrong item sent to me and need to return
Cancelled on 2021-01-31 12:10:58 Order #469987****0921 I am not sure which is the order cancelled by Lazada due to no stock. Therefore I ordered another more expensive model and it is stated Ready Stock. I received the item and started install it myself. I found out the left Pedal screw is too tight cannot install. While I checking the drawing then I find out the item delivered was the CANCELLED order, not the item I place on the second time. I immediately requested to return for the correct exercise bicycle, then found out it is out of stock also. I was told to be delivered after CNY. Today I try to follow up when Lazada is going to collect the wrong Bicycle and send me the correct one. To my horror your system mention it is too late to claim for return. Now I have a wrong product and I have dismantled but not able to pack into the original standard as it was delivered. I would like to find out what next step you can help to settle this problem. I do not mind to change to a different model again so long you have the ready stock, but I must have the seat with resting back support This is for my wife and both of us are old retired persons already. I still need to follow up with seller. Still could not get the item I ordered due to no stock . Accepted another product pending for refund the difference and delivery.
