Warring – poor customer service and reliability of sellers

When an item did not arrive as informed, sought further information from the CS of Lazada via live agents. Unfortunately, ran into the famous poor service of Lazada.SG - not only was passed from one agent to another - each time asking same basic information (despite already providing the key details earlier). Then after 20 mins final agent said sorry they cannot do much other than suggest contacting the seller. But the item was supposed to be with a local courier. Contacting a Taobao seller would likely be more tough, but Lazada failed even to provide the contact of the courier being used. Overall hopeless, with poor empowered to resolve and worse, disingenuous service disguised as customer service.WarWCuwWa User's recommendation: Avoid using lazada.sg if possible.
