Product damage but seller delay in solving

I ordered 4 cups and received cups with two broken cups. Order#536262****9048. I contacted the seller, Tk singapore and the seller said they will send me new cups. I did not receive the cups and sent the seller another message. The seller has been replied my messages since then. I wanted to make a video or picture of broken cups, but i couldn't even open the poor package, plastic wrapping because the cups were smashed and broken into too many pieces. Can you solve this problem? User's recommendation: Do not buy or eliminate from lazada.
