Bad customer service followed by good!

My order was canceled by the company due to a company-wide glitch. I called to reorder, but the 3 different reps I tried with had a really hard time understanding the products or English. Two different reps put the order in for me incorrectly. I finally got a rep who spoke English well and who successfully put in my order. The whole event took 3 days and about 3 hours of my time. The last rep was professional and knew what she was doing. User's recommendation: Use the phone number you see on this website, NOT the one that ends with 5005!
